The Facts of this matter is, on 16 th March 2017 the Victim girl were playing with her contemporaries girl Friends.While playing an unknown young man on two wheeler bike came near to her by reason of asking to unlock his mobile in between he Sextually Assaulted her.When Victim Shouted loudly he ran away on his bike .
The opposite side of road there were some commercial shops that shops have their CCTV cameras, which recorded all those incidences of coming near to girl child till Accused ran away on his bike. Complaint is filed by Victim’s father with all details statements of CCTV Records at Faujdar Chavadi Police Station.After filing an offence the Investigation Officer Sub Inspecter Raisa Shaik had Arrested the Accused with his Bike at Kidwai Chouk ,and presented the Charge sheet Before the court within 6 days.
